Mehmet Erdem TOKUŞ, born in 1984 in Sivas, Turkey, is a distinguished entrepreneur and professional with extensive experience in education, management consulting, and media. After completing his primary and secondary education in Sivas, he earned an associate degree in Accounting and Finance from Cumhuriyet University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University, graduating with honors in 2005. TOKUŞ advanced his academic journey with an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance, followed by postgraduate research at Okan University, where he developed the innovative MikroMET credit rating model for micro-enterprises. His contributions to qualitative credit rating models remain a significant academic achievement. Professionally, TOKUŞ transitioned from corporate roles in banking, media, and manufacturing to founding his first business in 2009, focusing on education and professional management consultancy. His leadership enabled him to expand his career from Sivas to major cities like Ankara and Istanbul, where he became a pioneer in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs.
